Common legal documents to be served are Summons and Complaint, Subpoenas, and Small Claims. The delivery of documents is done by personal service (preferred), or through substituted service the process of serving documents to a cohabitating adult over the age of 14. Service of process must be done by an individual that is not a party to the case. We are registered process servers and take our job very seriously. 1ST attempt usually made in 24 hours or sooner includes up to 2 attempts. We do charge a $35.00 2nd address fee if the address provided is incorrect or if the person we are looking for no longer lives at the address provided. We can locate for a $50.00 fee if needed. There is a $15.00 non metro charge for addresses more than 15 miles off of 1-5. Process Servers VS Sheriff Dept.
