Skip Tracing/Locating

A skip tracer assumes the task of locating missing persons for a variety of purposes. Not just the tool of private investigators and detectives, but skip tracing is a skill. Some industries that commonly use skip tracing include debt collection, repossession, locating benefactors of inheritance, and the finding of those who have failed to show for a court-ordered appearances (skipped Bail).
